To comply with insurance codes, we cannot accept a unit back for exchange or credit after customer requests and receives a receipt from us for cranial prosthetics.
Repair Service
Cranial Prosthesis Maintenance is almost as important as selecting the right system. After ordering a hair system, you'll want to maintain the softness and durability of the hair in order to prolong its longevity which is why supplies and maintenance accessories are extremely important.
Don't throw away damaged systems, send them to us and have it repaired. Hair repair is quick and easy and works for almost any damaged hairpiece.
What Repair Service Covers?

Remove adhesive and other residue from base
2. Mending Base Tears
3. Lace Front Change
Edges fray overtime so replacing the lace achieves a more natural look
4. Hair Refill -
Loose hairs are removed and replaced with new hair that is color and density compatible
Note: We DO NOT REPLACE all the hair on the system. While repair prolongs hair system life span, it is a short term solution. The only long term solution is to buy a new system.
